As a former teacher, Stephanie has always loved helping people. After 19 years, she knew it was time for a change. Real estate allows her to educate her clients on the process and guide them to their destination. As a teacher, she loved experiencing the “a-ha” moments, in real estate she loves being a part of the “YASSS!” Stephanie believes it’s essential that her clients understand what’s happening at every stage of the process. She puts this belief into action by making herself available to answer questions at any time. As a true educator, she believes there’s no such thing as a stupid question and is happy to discuss the topic as many times as needed. Stephanie is also a bilingual agent who specializes in helping the Latin community and has assembled an all-Spanish-speaking team that ensures her clients are informed and at ease.

Originally from Texas, Stephanie and her family came to Kansas City through a job opportunity. Over five years later, she’s officially a Kansas Citian. Stephanie fell in love with the shopping, food, four seasons, and most importantly, the people. Even with the Southern hospitality that Texas is known for, Kansas City is special. She’s embraced the people and the culture and is now a proud Chief’s season-ticket holder as well as a frequent visitor to local businesses including Bull Creek Distillery, Pad Thai Restaurant and local breweries. 

When Stephanie isn’t holding an open house or helping you find your new home, she loves being with her family. Stephanie and her husband Charlie have been married for 22 years, but their families have been friends for a lifetime. Together, they have two children, a son who plays tennis and video games and a daughter who is in her second year at JCCC and is holding down two jobs, one as a real estate assistant.. Stephanie constantly challenges herself in tennis, pickleball, business and even by running a marathon. She believes that it’s important that her kids see her work hard, succeed, fail and get back up.
